PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve binding properties of a seaweed raw material to fish eggs in the production of a sea tangle food with the fish eggs. SOLUTION: This method for producing a sea tangle food with fish eggs comprises treating a seaweed raw material such as a sea tangle or a sea mustard with a transglutaminase, a water-soluble casein salt and an alkali agent, separately treating the fish eggs with the transglutaminase, water-soluble casein salt and a water-insoluble casein salt and then laminating or making the resultant fish eggs stick to the surface of the seaweed raw material. |
