PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work load of inputting the conductance and to prevent failure in inputting the conductance. SOLUTION: This biomagnetic field analyzer for analyzing the magnetic field generated from an organism has a boundary data preparation part 13, a boundary inclusion relation editing part 16, an equation making calculation means 19 and a data analysis part 8. The boundary data preparation part 13 is to prepare a plurality of three-dimensional boundary data on a plurality of biological tissues based on a plurality of tomographic images of the organism. The boundary inclusion relation editing part 16 is to find the inclusion relation between the plurality of biological tissues based on the plurality of boundary data. The equation making calculation means 19 is to calculate a transfer matrix based on the inclusion relation and the conductance inside each boundary. The data analysis part 8 is to analyze the electrical activities of the organism based on the calculated transfer matrix and the measured value of the magnetic field generated from the organism.
