PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable type tacky adhesive composition having an excellent tackiness and initial adhesive strength at an ordinary temperature before its curing, cured by irradiating a light before sticking materials to be adhered or after sticking them, exhibiting excellent adhesive strength and impact resistance after its curing, also showing almost no effusion on making it as a curing type tacky adhesive sheet and therefore excellent in handling property, and to prepare a curable type tacky adhesive sheet by using the curable type tacky adhesive composition. SOLUTION: This curable type tacky adhesive composition is obtained by adding 20-170 pt.wt. resin being a liquid state at a normal temperature, and containing 30-95 wt.% cationically polymerizable compound, 0-100 pt.wt. rubber- based polymer and a photo-cationic polymerization initiator to 100 pts.wt. polyester resin. The curable type tacky adhesive sheet is obtained by laminating the above curable tacky adhesive composition on at least one of the surfaces of a supporting material for the curable type tacky adhesive composition.
