PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainable elastic pavement material and a drainoble elastic pavement structure which is high in strength and excellent in drainability. SOLUTION: The drainable elastic pavement material 10 is laid on a road bed to form a drainable elestic pavement and constituted of the under layer 12 chiefly composed of granular aggregate to have a void content of 20-40% and the upper layer 11 chiefly composed of fibrous elastic aggregate superposed on the under layer 12. The under layer 12 is chiefly composed of crushed stones, cobble stones, gravel, single grain sized blast furnace slag, artificial or natural hard aggregate, light-colored aggregate, and non-elastic hard aggregate such as granular stone like colored aggregate, etc. The under layer can be chiefly composed of granular elastic aggregate.
