PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of a stop position in a using position, and to enhance durability of an elastic holder. SOLUTION: A regulation part is provided in an elastic holder 8. As a result thereof, since a elastic part of the elastic holder 8 is prevented from being elastically deformed to the rotational direction of a supporting shaft 3 by a regulation action of the regulation part even when a cam 5 is turned, the position of a switch 6 is precluded from being shifted and the stop position of a mirror body is also precluded from being deviated. Precision of the stop position of the mirror body in a using position is enhanced thereby in particular. Since the elastic part of the elastic holder 8 is not deformed because of the regulation action of the regulation part even when the cam 5 is turned, durability of the elastic holder 8 is enhanced.
