PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tightly attach synthetic resin or synthetic rubber to a metal plate as a buffering material for preventing a road surface damage. SOLUTION: This crawler belt structure is tightly provided with multiple insert plate pieces 9 with spacing at a specified interval by welding on a metal plate 1 provided with recessed places 6 to be filled with urethane resin 2. The urethane resin 2 is filled into the recessed place 6 so as to bury the insert plate pieces 9, and the urethane resin 2 is integrated with the insert plate 9 and the metal plate 1.
