PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a biodegradable film which is excellent in transparency and impact resistance, hardly causes a fish-eye defect and decomposes in the natural environment by forming a resin composition where a specific polymer and a copolymer obtained from an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, an aliphatic dihydroxy compound, etc., are compounded at a specific compounding ratio. SOLUTION: This film is formed of a resin composition where (A) a polylactic acid-based polymer and (B) a copolymer obtained from (i) an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, (ii) an aliphatic dihydroxy compound and (iii) a carbonate compound are compounded at a weight ratio of (75:25) to (20:80), especially preferably (70:30) to (30:70). The ingredient B is preferably obtained by adding the component iii to a prepolymer of an aliphatic polyester obtained from the components i and ii to cause elongation reaction, and preferably has a glass transition temperature of 0 deg.C at the highest. The component iii is preferably an aliphatic carbonate or an aromatic carbonate.
