PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive tape coated with the subject adhesive composition essentially comprising a hydroxyl-contg. liquid rubber, a polyisocyanate and a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent with the equivalent ratio of the hydroxyl group to isocyarrate group within a specific range so as to fully develop initial adhesive force, and re-releasable, when fallen into unuse, by heating to vulcanize the liquid rubber with the vulcanizing agent to cure the adhesive, thus being made recyclable through member assortment. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition essentially comprises a liquid rubber having >=1.8 hydroxyl groups per molecule, a polyisocyanate having >=2 isocyanate groups per molecule, and a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent in the compounding ratio of the polyisocyanate to liquid rubber of 0.2-0.8 in terms of the equivalent ratio of the isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups. The adhesive tape is obtained by coating one side or both sides of a substrate 2 with the above adhesive composition followed by curing the composition to effect an adhesive layer 1.
