PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve gas in a molten resin in a short time. SOLUTION: In a thermoplastic resin extruding apparatus wherein a gas supply port 11 is provided to a cylinder 1 and a screw shaft 2 is provided in the cylinder 1, a resin constricted flow channel part 23 is provided to the screw shaft 2 on the upstream side of the vicinity of the gas supply port 11 and a resin constricted flow channel is provided to the resin constricted flow channel part 23 and a thermoplastic resin is finely divided through the resin constricted flow channel to be increased in its contact area with gas on the downstream side of the vicinity of the gas supply port 11.
