PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a radial air bearing and a thrust air bearing supporting a spindle, by preventing a load from being applied in a radial direction when mounting and demounting a nut fixing a cutting blade in mounting and demounting the cutting blade mounted in the spindle in a cutting device. SOLUTION: This auxiliary equipment 10 for mounting and demounting a blade, having an axial center support part 14 supporting the axial center of a spindle and nut support parts 16a, 16b supporting a nut to be mounted in a blade cover or a spindle housing of a cutting device to engage the axial center support part 14 with the spindle so as to place the axial center of the axial center support part 14 and the axial center of the spindle on a straight line in an acting position also to engage the nut support parts 16a, 16b with nut to screw it to an external thread part formed in the spindle or to unscrew the nut from the external thread part by relatively rotating the spindle and the nut, is presented.
