PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a leather-like sheet excellent in color fast ness to light and dyeing, flexibility, sense of fulfillment or the like, and having a suede-like feeling like a natural leather by constituting the sheet of a micro fiber of a crystalline polyester and an ultramicro fiber of a specific polyester. SOLUTION: This leather-like sheet is obtained by forming a nonwoven fabric by using a multicomponent fiber having a fiber cross section having a sea-island structure in which the island component is composed of a crystalline polyester A, and the sea component is composed of an extractable resin B, e.g. a polyethylene, as a dispersion medium, including a polyester C as a dispersed component, extracting the resin B from the obtained nonwoven fabric, and subjecting the surface of the extracted fabric to a raising treatment, or forming a resin layer on the surface. The number of the islands in the multicomponent fiber is >=5 and the size of the island is 0.005-0.5 de. The number of the islands of the dispersed component is >=25, and the weight ratio of the crystalline polyester A to the polyester C is (95/5)-(50/50).
