PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the troublesomeness for operation by interpolation- calculating the performance value at the actual outrigger stretch length from the performance values at a short outrigger stretch length and a long outrigger strength length. SOLUTION: A first performance calculating means 25 calculates a performance value W1, and a second performance calculating means 26 calculates a performance value W2. The interpolation performance W0 is obtained by an interpolation calculating means 19 via the utilization of the performance value W1 and performance value W2. The second performance calculating means 26 sets regions so that the intermediate stretch performance has the same front region and rear region as those of the minimum stretch performance. The performance value W0 obtained by interpolation calculation does not have a step shape in which performance is lowered twice. Such troublesomeness can be eliminated that the reducing actions of a load W are taken twice when the relation of load W>= performance value W0 appears after the expansion boom is turned.
