PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely operate on/off of a clutch mechanism by one hand without being obstructed by the other hand grasping a handle grip part by forming a non-piling part not piling on each other at least on either of the operating part of a clutch lever and the grip part of a handle. SOLUTION: A handle 7 is formed into a nearly U-shape out of right and left a pair of handle root parts 71 combinedly supported with a front base part side transmission case 5 and a loop-like grip part 72 continuously connected to the rear free end side of the respective handle root parts 71. Nearby the grip part 72 of the handle root parts 71, a clutch lever 8 for operating a clutch mechanism 4 to be on/off is supported capably of swinging in the longitudinal direction. The clutch lever 8 is provided with operation parts 82 connected to the free ends of right and left supporting parts 81 and extending in parallel with the grip part 72 of the handle 7. At least on one side of the grip part 72 of the handle 7 and the operation part 82 of the clutch lever 8, a non-piling part 10 not piling on each other is formed.
