SOLUTION: This viscous fluid application apparatus comprises a control apparatus 301 to control a shaft rotation apparatus 2131 for discharge as to rotate the shaft 2121 in the axle rotation direction at a rotation speed high enough to apply shearing stress to an adhesive 251. Consequently, the foregoing shaft for discharge is rotated as to apply the grinding stress to the adhesive, so that a high quality coating with few application failure such as so-called stringiness, splash, and the like can be carried out. As a result, the foregoing high quality application is made possible.
