PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dedicated adapter simply and in a short time whenever it is required by removing a fixed object after a liquid substance which tends to solidify under specified conditions is loaded into a container for centrifugal separation to be solidified by fixing a small container in the container for centrifugal separation in such a way that the small container does not sink way deep. SOLUTION: A fabricating tool 10 for a centrifugal separation container adapter has a body 11, a container fixing part 12 and a body fixing part 13. A small container 22 is fixed by fitting the container fixing part 12 to the inner face of the container 22. In addition, the fabricating tool 10 is fixed by depositing the body fixing part 13 with a larger size than the opening of a container 21 for centrifugal separation, in the opening. The interior of the container 21 is changed with a sufficient amount of a liquid substance 23 which does not allow submergence of the small container 22 to be inserted and allows the shape of the small container 22 to be patterned. After the members are assembled together, the container 21 is set to be stationary with the help of a stand 31 or the like and the liquid substance 23 is made to solidify as a solidified liquid substance 24. Finally all of the members are removed to obtain a centrifugal separation container adapter 20.
