SOLUTION: This apparatus A for carbonization treatment is equipped with a feeder 3 for supplying a material to be treated to a carbonization treatment tank 1, the carbonization treatment tank 1 for burning the material to be treated, a stirring device 2 for stirring the material to be treated in the carbonization tank 1, nozzle pipes 14 and 14a installed at the bottom so as to send air to the carbonization treatment tank 1, an electric heater for heating air to be sent to the carbonization treatment tank 1, a secondary combustion furnace 4 for burning a combustion gas generated in the carbonization treatment tank 1 and a cyclone 5 for separating a solid substance from the combustion gas generated in the secondary combustion furnace 4.
