PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which a head temperature sensor can be corrected more appropriately while reducing the cost. SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 103 outputting a signal corresponding to the inner temperature of a head 10 is built in the head. A monitor circuit 22 for sampling and amplifying the output from temperature sensor 103, and a power supply section 21 generating a single power supply voltage being used commonly by the head and the monitor circuit 22 are provided on an interconnection board 20 carried on a carriage. A voltage dividing circuit 38 connected with the monitor circuit 22 through a cable 8, an A/D conversion circuit 37 for converting an analog output from the voltage dividing circuit 38 into a digital signal, and a control means for monitoring the temperature based on the digital output from the A/D conversion circuit 37 and the output from the temperature sensor 103 are provided on a controller board 30 disposed fixedly in the imaging apparatus. |
