PIPELINE TYPE CHAIN CONVEYOR HAVING A SLUDGE WATER CONTENT REDUCING DEVICE

A pipeline type chain conveyor having a sludge water content reducing unit is provided to improve the convenience of use by simply and easily adjusting a temperature for heating sludge. A pipeline type chain conveyor includes a sludge water content reducing unit(10). The sludge water content reducing unit includes a steam line(11), a steam supplier(12), and a plurality of dehydrating pipes(13). The steam line is wound around a pipeline corresponding to a section in which the sludge introduced through a sludge introducing section(4) is transferred to a sludge discharge section(5). The steam supplier is installed at the tip end of the steam line to supply steam of high temperature to the steam line. The dehydrating pipes are vertically installed on the upper surface of the pipeline so as to be communicated with the pipeline to evaporate the moisture of the sludge and discharge the vapor generated in the sludge.
