PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cost efficiency by printing an image on a first receiver of first size being fed in first direction and a second receiver of second size being fed in second direction without replacing a print head. SOLUTION: A first receiver 30 having a first width W1 is fed in a first direction 44, a second receiver 40 having a second width W2 is fed in a second direction 46 orthogonal to the first direction 44 on the same plane and an image 20 is printed on both the first and second receivers 30, 40. Second width W2 of the second receiver 40 is set wider than the first width W1 of the first receiver 30. More specifically, length of a print head 70 is set equal to the first width W1 and the second width W2 is set larger than the length of the print head 70.
