PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inorganic thin film laminate excellent in optical transparency, weatherability and heat resistance and also only slightly problematic in handling as compared to the case of using plastic film base. SOLUTION: This inorganic thin film laminate is composed of a carrier material layer 1 to be removed when the laminate is to be used, an inorganic thin film layer 2 provided at least on one side of the carrier material layer 1 and an adhesive layer 3 provided on one side of the inorganic thin film layer 2, wherein the peel strength between the carrier material layer 1 and the inorganic thin film layer 2 is lower than that between the inorganic thin film layer 2 and the adhesive layer 3.
