COMPOSITE RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT CONTAINING CELLULOSE POWDER AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite resin molded product containing cellulose powder, enabling the loading of a large amount of inorganic flame-retardant uniformly in the resin without deteriorating the moldability and exhibiting sufficient flame-retardancy and provide its production process. SOLUTION: The objective molded product contains 25-400 pts.wt. of an inorganic flame-retardant based on 100 pts.wt. of a mixture composed of 90-25 wt.% polyolefin and 10-75 wt.% cellulose powder. The inorganic flame-retardant is dispersed in the polyolefin and filled in the tracheid of the cellulose powder. The molded product is easily producible by mixing the celiulose powder with the inorganic flame retardant to support the inorganic flame-retardant 6 in the tracheid 5 and on the surface of the cellulose powder 4 and kneading the product together with the polyolefin or kneading these components with each other to disperse the inorganic flame-retardant in the polyolefin and support in the tracheid of the cellulose powder and molding the product.
