摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a temperature rise in a bone by constituting an ultrasonic wave shielding material of an ultrasonic wave absorbing means sealed with oil or the like having an ultrasonic wave absorbing factor higher than an organism and a monitoring control means of a temperature of a sealing substance. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic wave shielding material cases 1-1 to 1-N are formed of flexible polyethylene deformable according to a shape of a body surface, and are constituted by sealing fluid 2 having an ultrasonic wave absorbing factor higher than an organism such as castor oil, and are fixed to a front part of ribs 3-1 to 3-N by an adhesive tape. This fluid 2 having a high ultrasonic wave absorbing factor is stored in a fluid server 4, and is circulated by a circulating tube 5 and a pump 6. A temperature of the circulating fluid 2 is detected by a temperature sensor 8 to control a temperature of the fluid 2 by a heating/ cooling means of a temperature adjusting part 7 on the basis of a detecting temperature. This constitution can prevent can prevent a temperature rise in a bone.
