PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid dispenser and a cartridge-type container wherein a content liquid can be poured out of the flexible-bag-like cartridge type container without a capped hard pour-out port with a one-touch operation and the pour-out port which is cut to open can be opened/closed by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The cartridge-type container 50 is engagement-supported by a lock lever 21 in an upper part inside a dispenser 1, and a pour-out port 52 of the container 50 is engaged with a slide pin 26. By sliding the slide pin 26 by a slider 24, the pour-out port 52 can be displaced between a tensioned state and a lax state to be opened/closed by a one-touch operation, thereby pouring out a predetermined quantity of a content liquid.
