PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which holds a health appliance for mitigating stiffness or pain of the shoulder or the neck, i.e., stiff shoulder or the like instead of a user of the health appliance and thereby improve convenience of the health appliance. SOLUTION: A bottom of a holder for the shoulder 2 is arranged at an upper part of an affected part of stiffness or pain of the shoulder or the neck, i.e., stiffness shoulder or the like and controlled so as to be touched with the subject part of stiffness or pain by controlling a position of vertical or horizontal direction with a fixation control bar for the holder for the shoulder 3. On the other hand, for stiffness or pain of the neck, a position of a head holder 1 is controlled by using a head holder fixation controlling bar so as to touch a front part of the head holder 1 with a back of a user's neck. Thereby, the health appliance is held by the fixing appliance instead of the user.
