PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drop car interior temperature nearly to outside air temperature at all times according to sunbeam by generating power by utilizing the sunbeam, converting generated power, detecting car interior temperature rise and blowing car interior air raised in temperature outside the vehicle while utilizing the converted power. SOLUTION: A power generating means 1 is composed of a sunbeam battery and the like, and power is generated by utilizing the sunbeam. A converting means 2 is composed of a DC/DC inverter and the like, generated power is converted into voltage for operating an air sending means 4. A temperature detecting means 3 is composed of a sensor type switch and the like operated at a set temperature, and a circuit is closed to circulate current in the case where the car interior temperature rises higher than a set temperature. The air sending means 4 is composed of a fan and the like to exhaust car interior air raised in temperature outside the vehicle. The car interior temperature rise in the vehicle outdoor at a stop is hereby interlocked with sunbeam intensity at all times even at the unseated time to drop the car interior temperature nearly to outside air temperature.
