<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst combustion device capable of setting preheating time of a catalyst combustion part optimal in accordance with environmental temperature at the time of starting or activating the catalyst combustion part optimal during the preheating time in accordance with the environmental temperature at the time of starting. SOLUTION: Outside air temperature at the time of starting is detected by an outside air temperature sensor 26, the lower the outside air temperature is the longer the preheating time is set by a control device 25, and the higher the outside air temperature is the shorter the preheating time is set by it. Consequently, it is possible to set the preheating time in the shortest time to reduce emission and to efficiently restrain emission with no wasteful preheating time. Additionally, the control device 25 reduces air quantity at the time of preheating the smaller, the lower the outside air temperature is. Accordingly, it is possible to activate a catalyst combustion part 2 optimal during the preheating time.</p> |
