<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detaining implement suitable for mounting fibrous filaments, a filament bundle and a cord-like body, like a strand, to a wire rope and a contact filter medium using this detaining implement and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: This detaining implement consists of a holder 70 of an article which is mounted with the article at its peripheral edge and is formed with tapered internal threads in its central part and a detaining screw 80 which is screwed to the tapered internal threads of the holder 70. The detaining screw 80 is screwed and detained to the holder 70 in the state of inserting the wire rope into a slit for introduction of the detaining screw 80, by which the wire rope is held in the slit of the detaining screw 80 and the holder 70 is detained to the wire rope.</p> |
