<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of viscosity control and to prevent the futile use of a material by using cement, water and lime stone fine powder or a pozzolan material such as fly ash as main components of the subject grout material. SOLUTION: A grout material for prebacked concrete is constituted of cement paste consisting essentially of cement, water and the lime stone fine powder. An admixture is properly added as need. The kind of the cement is optional and, though normal Portland cement, moderate heat-cement can be used, thermal crack of the group material is further suppressed by using a lower heating cement. The pozzolan material such as fly ash can be used in place of or in addition to the lime stone fine powder. As the admixture, in the case of, for example, constructing under-water concrete by the prebacked method, a cellulose based water soluble high molecular material, a polyacryl amide based water soluble high molecular material, or the like, which is capable of reducing the separation of materials in the underwater, can be used.</p> |
