PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the winding shape of a package beautiful and improve the unreeled properties of the package, by uniforming winding tension. SOLUTION: In a winder movably mounted on a machine frame, supporting a movable frame body mounted with a contact roller traverse device, and equipped with fluid cylinders 11 and 12 for controlling contact pressure force generated between yarn layers wound on a bobbin held by a contact roller and a spindle, a fluid supply piping 13 for the cylinders 11 and 12 are constituted of pressure control valves 17 and 18 and an electromagnetic change valve 21 for switching the pipe line for pressure-adjusted fluid, and also the following are provided, an input device for setting pipe line switching timing for the piping 13, a memory device for memorizing a inputted set value, and a control device for controlling the valve 21 by comparing and operating an inputted set value and a detected winder condition.
