PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent raindrops from flooding a car floor and flowing out into a tower to promote the corrosion of apparatus in the tower by providing a floor mat made high at the center and lower toward the sides and having erect storage sections at the sides on the car floor, and providing a water absorber in the erect storage sections. SOLUTION: A floor mat 7 provided on a car floor 2 is made high at the center and lower toward the sides to form an inclined surface 8, and erect storage sections 9 are formed at the sides. A water absorber 10 such as sponge is stored in the erect storage sections 8. When passengers ride into a car 1 with umbrellas on a rainy day, raindrops drop onto the floor mat 7 from the umbrellas. The raindrops having dropped flow on the inclined surface 8 and are absorbed by the water absorber 10. The raindrops are prevented from being accumulated on the floor mat 7 to flood it. Since the raindrops are absorbed by the water absorber 10, they are prevented from dropping in a tower to promote corrosion.
