PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully use indoors from the view point of safety and hygiene and to perform optimum cleaning. SOLUTION: This cleaner has a 1st heat exchanger 10a for increasing the temp. of a flowing-in fluid A to flow-out, a pressure pump 44 for heating the liquid A flowing-in to the 1st heat exchanger 10a by pressurizing and a nozzle 2a having a central discharge port and a peripheral discharge port peripherally provided apart from the central discharge port, the fluid A flowing-out from the 1st heat exchanger 10a is ejected from the central discharge port and a fluid B supplied through the other flow passage is ejected from the peripheral discharge port and the ejecting pressure of the fluid B is controlled to be lower than that of the fluid A.
