PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning means utilizing ozone water which is low in forming cost and has effect of annihilating bacteria due to cell membrane destruction by oxidative degradation. SOLUTION: An ozone water feeder is constituted of an ozone water forming part 1, a plunger pump 2 which is joined to the ozone water generating part 1 and sends out the ozone water and a nozzle 4 which is joined to the plunger pump 2 and ejects the ozone water. Further the ozone water generating part 1 and the plunger pump 2 are housed in a casing 3 and the ozone water feeder is provided with a means for adjusting concentration of dissolved ozone.
