PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device where floating bodies float in liquid and which is capable of surely transmitting information to the floating bodies floating in the liquid even in a narrow space. SOLUTION: The outer periphery of a game device body 10 is provided with plural control panels 12. A liquid tank 14 of a cylindrical shape is disposed at the center of the game device body 10. The liquid tank 14 is filled with the liquid, such as water or oil. The upper part and lower part of the liquid tank 14 are provided with electrodes 16A and 16B for signal transmission. The electrodes 16A and 16B for signal transmission impress voltage to the liquid and form a voltage gradient. The floating bodies 18 float in the liquid tank 14. The voltage gradient in the liquid is measured by terminals for measurement disposed at the floating bodies 18. The voltage is impressed to the liquid in such a manner that the voltage gradient based on the information to be transmitted is generated and the voltage gradient of the liquid is measured by the measurement points disposed at the floating bodies 18, by which the information is detected.
