PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of the stop position in a use position. SOLUTION: A supporting shaft 300 and a cam 500 are connected together through balls 7 without backlash in the direction of turning of the supporting shaft 300. As a result, since turning-connection between the supporting shaft 300 and the cam 500 is smoothly performed through the balls 7, there is no need for providing clearance in the direction of turning of the supporting shaft 300 to prevent biting-into between the supporting shaft 300, the cam 500, and the balls 7. Thus, since deviation between the stop position from a forward tilting position and the stop position from a backward tilting position is not produced in the stop position of a position at which the supporting shaft 300 is used, the accuracy of the stop position in a position at which a mirror body 41 supported by the supporting shaft 300 through a stay 4 etc., is improved.
