PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively transmit vibrations of a skeleton to a dynamic damper and to ensure a comfortable living environment on a plane susceptible to vibrations from traffic or the like, by providing a dynamic damper unit which has a dynamic damping function in the interior thereof and sideways protrudes a beam and a fixing member. SOLUTION: A dynamic damper unit is comprised of a dynamic damper, an external case 50a, and plates 50b, and formed such that the dynamic damper is installed within the external case 50 with the plates 50b rigidly fixed to side surfaces of the case. Each plate 50b has its both ends protrude to the outside as connecting portions 50c. Each connecting portion 50c has holes formed therein, into which bolts are screw-fitted, and therefore the connecting portions 50c sideways protrude from four portions of the entire dynamic damper unit 50. The unit 50 is screwed to a small beam 42 via a bracket by a bolt, and they are rigidly connected together. Therefore, the unit 50 is arranged so as to be horizontally supported by beams 1c, 1c, and then the small beams 42, 42 are horizontally arranged. Alternatively the unit 50 is arranged in place of the small beam 42. Thus, the strength and rigidity of a strong beam rigid frame of the house are improved on an arrangement surface of the dynamic damper unit 50, to thereby obtain efficient vibration control effect.
