PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the operation lever for a construction machine capable of specifically enhancing the operability of the construction machine on the operation lever provided with the cabin seat of the construction machine such as a bulldozer, an excavator or the like. SOLUTION: An operation panel face being upward inclination is formed upward at an angle of 60-85 degrees to a horizontal face sideward of a cabin seat 2 provided on the upper structural body of a construction machine, and an operation rod 25 supported on the operation panel face in a direction orthogonal to the operation panel face and capable of operation in a horizontal direction to the construction machine and a vertical direction orthogonal thereto is provided. Furthermore, switches 27A, 27B, 28A, 28B, 29A, 29A capable of operating the mechanism of the construction machine on the operation part by finger operation are provided at need.
