PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition that can give a cured product excellent in heat resistance, the capability of leveling, and transparency by using a copolymer comprising an unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride), an epoxy-containing monomer, a maleimide monomer, and other monomers. SOLUTION: This copolymer (A) desirably comprises 5-50 wt.% structural units derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or an anhydride thereof, 10-70 wt.% structural units derived from an epoxy-containing monomer; 2-50 wt.% structural units derived from a maleimide monomer, and 5-60 wt.% structural units derived from other monomers. The composition may additionally contain (B) a polyfunctional monomer, (C) a radical generator, (D) an epoxy resin different from component A, and (E) an acid generator. The mixing ratio among components B to E is desirably such that 20-150 pts.wt. component B, 1-200 pts.wt. component D, and 0.01-20 pts.wt. component E are present per 100 pts.wt. component A and 0.5-30 pts.wt. component C is present per 100 pts.wt. component B. |
