PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a dynamic damper to a house constructed in various locational conditions, by combining divided weight portions of a dynamic damper structure together in one body, when the house is of a strong beam rigid frame structure having a skeleton of a steel structure. SOLUTION: When a dynamic damper is fixed to a house of a strong beam rigid frame structure having a skeleton of a frame structure, a dynamic damper 26 having a mass of about 1% that of the house is divided into weight portions 27 which are then combined together in one body, and therefore the dynamic damper can be carried by manpower. Further, the divided thin plate-like weight portions 27 forming the dynamic damper, are superposed on each other in one body, which enables to carry the dynamic damper to a house facing a narrow road. When assembled after the carriage, the weight portions can be easily combined together by clamping by means of clamping members 28, 29, such as bolts. Thus, costs required for arranging heavy equipment can be dispensed with, and the dynamic damper is easily carried in a house built in an area where the heavy equipment such as a crane truck cannot enter.
