PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form hole parts good in appearance without causing deformation of large openings or deformation, etc., of opening shapes in respective cuts with a good operating efficiency by forming top pressing stitches passing through a connecting part in the direction intersecting the cutting direction of each cut and crossing buttonhole stitches. SOLUTION: Buttonhole stitches 2 are formed by surrounding an expected site for boring holes of a fabric 1 and a connecting part 4 is formed without cutting the fabric 1 open between the mutual cuts 3 in a state of the connecting part 4 remaining therein while arranging the plural cuts 3 in one row and top pressing stitches 11 passing through the connecting part 4 and crossing the buttonhole stitches 2 are provided to form hole parts. A cutting tool having a nonblade part sandwiched and provided between cutting blades on both sides is preferably pressed against a fabric 1 to thereby simultaneously carry out the formation of the connecting part 4 and the plural cuts 3 on both sides thereof.
