PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a porous film excellent in flexibility, air permeability and moisture permeability, having a strong tear strength, and useful in a field of clothes supplies, sanitary goods, medical supplies, filter medium, building materials or the like by using a resin composition obtained by compounding a resin component comprising a specific ethylene (co)polymer with a filler. SOLUTION: This porous film is composed of an ethylene-based polymer composition comprising a resin component comprising (A) 95-65 wt.% ethylene (co)polymer satisfying the requirements of (i) 0.86-0.97 g/cm3 density, (ii) 0.1-50 g/10 min melt flow rate, (iii) 1.5-4.5 molecular weight distribution and (iv) <=2 composition distribution parameter Cb, and (B) 5-35 wt.% other ethylene-based (co)polymer, and (C) a filler in an amount of 30-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. resin component. The ethylene-based polymer composition preferably further contains (D) an oligomer or a rubber in an amount of 0.05-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. resin component.
