PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart versatility to an installation structure of a front wiper. SOLUTION: A reinforcing plate 45 is detachably installed to left and right support stays 32, 33 with bolts 44. The bolts 44 are such bolts as can fasten the reinforcing plate 45, left and right pivot housings 42, 43, and the left and right support stays 32, 33 together. When a rigidity requested to a front wiper 30 is small, the reinforcing plate 45 is not installed. When the requested rigidity is large, the reinforcing plate 45 is installed.
