PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter easy to adjust the protrusion quantity of a blade part when a placing part is fixed. SOLUTION: A cutter is equipped with an almost cylindrical upper holder 16 having a grip part 16a, an almost cylindrical middle holder 17 having a placing part 17a and threaded with the outer periphery of the upper holder 17 and a shaft body 27 having a blade part 29 formed to the lower end thereof. The upper end 28 of the shaft body 27 is held on the inner peripheral side of the upper holder 16 and the vicinity of the lower end of the shaft body 27 is guided to the inner periphery of the middle holder 17 and the shaft body 27 is provided so as to be freely rotatable along its center axis and the grip part 16a is provided above the placing part 17a.
