摘要

This invention describes the synthesis and methods of synthesis for molecules of a novel type. The methods are characterised by the preparation of biguanides and their conversion to lipophilic helical triazines either by cyclisation in the presence of ketones after their dissolution in various solvents in the presence of acids or by heating, in the presence of hydrochloric acid as a catalyst, until melting or by simultaneous mixing of three reagents and refluxing under suitable conditions. It is applicable to the production of antibacterial, antiparasitic and anticancer pharmaceutical preparations.
