摘要 An apparatus and a method for removing a stagnation layer in a fluidized reduction furnace are provided to reduce the entire stopping time and improve the operating proportion of the fluidized reduction furnace by discharging the stagnation layer after re-fluidizing the dust or fine ore and reduced iron fines by removing a stagnation layer of dust or fine ore and reduced iron fines during operation or cooling process. An apparatus for removing a stagnation layer in a fluidized reduction furnace(10) comprises: a first gas ejection equipment(110) penetrated into an outer wall of the fluidized reduction furnace to remove a stagnation layer formed above a distributor(30); a second gas ejection equipment(120) penetrated into the outer wall of the fluidized reduction furnace to remove a stagnation layer formed below the distributor; and a third gas ejection equipment(130) penetrated into a gas duct(40) to remove a stagnation layer formed in the gas duct. The first and third gas ejection equipment include: a gas feed pipe for feeding gas into the fluidized reduction furnace; a nozzle head part that is connected to the gas feed pipe and ejects gas; and a hydraulic cylinder for moving the nozzle head part. The second gas ejection equipment includes an injection pipe fixed onto an outer wall of the fluidized reduction furnace, and an ejection pipe connected to the inserting pipe to eject gas into the fluidized reduction furnace.
