drying of high-moisture materials. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for drying fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and berries. High-moisture vegetable material is placed on tray which is inserted into drying chamber of the device. Temperature-sensitive element is positioned in drying chamber above tray with material being dried. It is connected to automatic-control unit which in its turn connected to critical temperature setting device. Internal walls of drying chamber and tray for spilled material are made of material provided with specular surface. EFFECT: provision for automatic control of materials drying. 2 dwg
