PURPOSE: Belt reinforcement for a tire of a vehicle is provided to raise durability, to improve riding comfort, and to improve reclamation efficiency of tires by laying a reinforcement rubber layer of monofilament code to the upper or lower part of a rubber composite layer. CONSTITUTION: Belt reinforcement for a tire of a vehicle is composed of laying a reinforcement rubber layer(5) on a carcass layer of a tire wider larger than a rubber composite layer of monofilament code(6) and overlapping both ends. The rubber composite layer of monofilament code includes natural rubber or raw material rubber of 100phr(part per hundred rubber) mixed with synthetic rubber selected from SBR(styrene-butadiene rubber) or BR(butadiene rubber) below 20 percents, monofilament of 10 to 50phr, carbon black of 30 to 60phr, and synthetic isoprene rubber of 2 to 10phr.
