At least one lock is connected to a control (3) movable between an open and closed position. In an open position, the locking unit and source of suction draught (18) are connected, and in a closed position, disconnected by the control. The control has a distributing regulator pre-tensioned by spring into an open position. The control has a housing (6) with a rotary bore-hole which has a first section (7) with first diameter, connected at one end to a connecting piece (9) for a pipe (19) leading to the source of suction. A second section (8) with a second diameter smaller than the first diameter has a shoulder (10) between it and the first section. The distributing regulator has a shaft (4) in the second section, ending in the piston part (5) in the first section, and protruding at the opposite end out of the housing (6) and connected to a control head (11).
