Surfactant composition (A) is a mixture of two alkyloligoglycosides (AG) and a betaine (Be). AG is a mixture of 20-80wt.% each of (I) and (II) R<1>O(G)p1 (I) and R<2>O(G)p2 (II) R<1> = 5-50 wt.% branched 9-11C alkyl; G = 5-6C sugar residue; p1, p2 = 1-10; and R<2> = exclusively linear 12-18C alkyl.
