A control program includes an instruction set having a first field where an execution instruction to specify the contents of an operation or another data processing executed by at least one processing unit constituting a data processor can be written and a second field where preparation information, the contents of which is independent of the contents of the execution instruction written in the first field, for setting the processing unit so that an operation or another data processing executed by an execution instruction can be executed can be written. It is possible to prepare execution of succeeding execution instructions thanks to the preparation information. Therefore the problems that cannot be solved by a conventional instruction set, for example, in the case of a branch instruction, the branch destination is written in the second field, and therefore the branch destination can be known previously.
