A variable camber sanding board (10) comprising a front frame (14), a flexible sanding base (12) secured to the front frame (14), a front handle (16) mounted on the front frame (14), a rear grip member (36) secured to the sanding base (12), a mid handle member (20), a front pivot connection (22) linking the mid handle member (20) to the front frame (14), a pivot connection (32) linking the mid handle member (20) to the rear grip member (36) via a plurality of selectively securable pivot connections, whereby the flexible sanding base can be flexed to vary the camber of abrasive sheet material received by the sanding base.
